Jen was wonderful to work with in first buying our house and then selling it 2 years later. During the buying process she listened to what we wanted and then showed us houses that fit that profile. Helped in the negotiation of the price by providing us information about the other houses that sold in the area. She was in contact with us all through the process and made it simple for us. During the sale of the house during Covid 19, she came and told us how to stage the house. We thought, wow that's a lot of work and maybe not worth it. We did it, and she was RIGHT on the staging. She worked with us on getting the best price from the offers we had, and explained how the offers differed. It was a pleasant experience because of her hard work.
