Things move quickly in the Austin housing market, and I could not imagine navigating the process with anyone but Jenn. Jenn from start to finish was amazing. She helped us navigate buying a home during the craziness of the pandemic. She fought hard for us and never gave up hope after many months of searching in South Austin. After settling in our home, she would check in on us to see how we were doing and we became friends over the course of the five years we have been here. When we decided we needed to move out of aTexas I never once thought of hiring anyone else but Jenn. She is so professional, yet has this warmth about her and you just feel at ease when you know she has your best interest in mind. Selling a home with two young kids is stressful, but she made the process so easy and seamless. We were under contract in about a week, and I cannot thank her enough for how wonderful she was during both processes. If I could take her with us to our next home purchase I would.

Jen was wonderful to work with in first buying our house and then selling it 2 years later. During the buying process she listened to what we wanted and then showed us houses that fit that profile. Helped in the negotiation of the price by providing us information about the other houses that sold in the area. She was in contact with us all through the process and made it simple for us. During the sale of the house during Covid 19, she came and told us how to stage the house. We thought, wow that's a lot of work and maybe not worth it. We did it, and she was RIGHT on the staging. She worked with us on getting the best price from the offers we had, and explained how the offers differed. It was a pleasant experience because of her hard work. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.
